I don't know but if I had to guess its a ghost ship, unfortunately. But, as we all know the final directive shutting this down has not arrived and is getting to be about 3/4 weeks since it should have been announced. Nothing we can do but wait...

As I understand it, SIRG could linger a few weeks yet before the coup de grace. For example, the initial decision on Fairfield Minerals was issued by the Admin Law Judge on Nov. 3, and the final decision was made by the Commission only today. The Commission can't shorten the 21 day petition period, but beyond that, it can make its final determination at its leisure. Given that the initial decision on SIRG was on Nov.22, and factor in the holiday slow-down, it could be mid to late January before anything new appears on the SEC site.
