Mmm i don t know ... all it possible ...
if you are referring to shares owned BEFORE the bankruptcy...most likely NEVER.
when it is possible to trade this stock??
thank you sir...hopefully they will toss us at least a piece of a bone..but I must agree...I doubt we get enough to hit the dollar menu at mickey D's
Yep, that was the point I was trying to make. Since it is a class action lawsuit on behalf of shareholders, you dont have to do anything to have the same rights and entitlements as lead plaintiffs.
I'm curious..if you DON'T join a lawsuit...and they win...are you still entitled to anything? Not sure if these suits are only including the common shareholders that join them...or if someone wins...are ALL shareholders going to benefit?
I'm not much for the legal process because it doesn't make a lot of sense most of the time...lol
Some of the firms are only accepting people with at least 100k invested.
I was going to contact them but heck, my rights to any winnings will be the same as a lead plaintiff. So why bother I guess is the question...
Has anyone contacted any of the law firms about joining the class action against WRES. Curious as I plan to do so. I was wondering what anyone else thought...planned...had a preference of firms.
WRESQ BK PLAN effective. All shares cancelled. FINRA deleted symbol:

Common shares are now cancelled. And FINRA has deleted the ticker.

Hopefully this is not a surprise to anyone, as the Company fully disclosed the pending cancellation in their SEC filings.

That might be good after bankruptcy is finalized, but current commons are holding toilet paper while vultures pump and try to sucker in naive investors to dump they're toilet paper.
Great reorganization plan
Nah, the bankruptcy will do that by itself.
I'm curious why do you think the lawsuits are having or will have an effect on the pps?
Once lawsuits are unfounded this thing will crank
A ton of lawsuits out now....possibly they will toss the commons a bone or two.
I got a reply email from the company and it seems to have some updated info (see the right side of the link)

It appears, per the past chart in June, that it did the same thing but then had a nice little run, so we shall see
Someone got tired of waiting. Now .015 x .02
someone is trying hard to tap that bid and keep this down, but i say, just hit the bid and watch what she can do.
bids building. someone ..............................
..
loaded huge last week for a reason.
lets do this!
Consolidate above 50ma then we start a new journey towards 100 and 200ma's
Yep...looks good so far.
21 on deck with nothing there to speak of
Huge bid with .021 up
the ask side is very thin, looking good.

its way due for a run...just sayin (as you see here)
I like that the rep, for the company, told me that they are "buz as usual" and "are working on restructuring and may be why the sudden buying"
The climb and pick up in volume this week has been note-worthy. Nothing wrong with a little consolidation heading into a long weekend!!
$WRESQ
Flagging above 50sma, should resume it's climb next week
Yep. Closed red but with a big bid. Should have a good week next week.
18 falling, this is great being that its a friday before a holiday. very good sign.
They are definitely still in business. The BK is for restructuring purposes. With good volume this could see .10.
Yep...easy .04+ next week. With really good volume it could go much higher than that.
I just called the company and reached a nice lady, and asked her why the rise in pps here, over the last couple days.
she said taht they are in buz as usual and are working on the restructuring, and said that, that may be why some buying has occurred but she cant say anything more.
soooooo, maybe they are about to put out good news. i dont know. i looked all over ihub and see no one pushing it, or barely even talking about it at all. so, i liked that actually.
i only picked up a very little bit, as i am mostly in another stock, but thought i would just dabble.
the number on their web page is good... 1-855-587-9494
WRESQ
Gapping down...Friday b4 a long weekend.
reload was at 50sma 015
gapper
Very nice hits on .0195
Next huge Q runner
$WRESQ
#WRESQ
Agree...this is a good entry point. I'm sure those who bought above .02 disagree lol. Well over a million shares bought above .02. Maybe closer to 2 million.

When a company is involved in bankruptcy proceedings, the letter "Q" is added to the end of the company's stock ticker symbol. In most cases, when a company emerges from bankruptcy, the reorganization plan will cancel the existing equity stock and the old shares will be worthless. Given that risk, before purchasing stock in a bankrupt company, investors should read the company's proposed plan of reorganization. For more information about the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on securities, please read our online publication, Corporate Bankruptcy.
