Rare - with the retainers they pay why settle? Must have been something there!!
Very good sign. It sends a message no matter what the amount of the settlement...this company usually does not settle because of their size, or else anybody with 50 bucks would be out suing them...that's what their know for - good lawyers...
EDIG's case is strong as I have said many times in the past - about 2 years ago after the so called "death-nell markman" ruling...what a joke, and it has had little affect on EDIG. I knew it was useless back then and I have been proved correct...again!
Anyway - to me this is the tip of the iceberg, wait until EDIG begins to license its awesome newly patented technology...maybe to Apple? IMO of course...
