since imo most haven't spent 5 years documenting OTC as i have

imo there is legal shorting
and then there is abusive shorting

it all comes down to accessing legit JBII shares

imo JBII has been set up since first publicly traded (2009)

imo that *set up* was clearly and easily *recoverable* into 2010 ..

however the issue in 2010 pertained to certs never deposited

hence no access

all because X entity didn't do 20 minutes of basic DD

hence the events of July 2010 .. which have been previously posted about
(first hit piece >> CSTI imported >> yada yada yada)

when that *failed* to sway ..

the events of 9.28.2010 ..
which wouldn't be *publicly* revealed by the dolts (SEC) for
damn near a year

and so it would go ..

at each leg of the PROs' *undertaking* >> it would be noted by me
(and others)

that includes the *set up* of March 2011 .. leading into JBII's (to this day)
record setting *volume* month (APR 2011)

perhaps because part of my DD actually involved interacting with *original* investors (in Jan 2012)

my viewpoint has never waivered ... i've always noted the risk/reward

when the *whales* >> entered in 2012 >> i clearly noted 3 outcomes in play (33/33/33 percent)

when JW's post was written (July 2013) >> i indicated risk/reward had morphed to 50/50 percent

and when RH became the CEO (a man highly respected by the locals)
of JBI .. imo the risk/reward went to 85/15 .. in favor of JBI

the various entities actively working against JBI and P2O are running
up against a very real calendar and clock

4 years of bogus bs .. is about to be revealed

the first aspect (entity) will be a margin cover in the mid 40c range

that is nothing compared to what comes at the 1.50 price point

as i've also noted >> i see *investors* having a dilemma at 2 price points going forward

the 4.00 range and the 7.00+ range (2011 and 2009)

just a reminder KiOR IPO'd at the 15.00 range .. and was propelled
upward (cycle of money) to 23 and change b4 the cycle was reversed
