A totally UNKNOWN "business" run by Henry Jan who has had NUMEROUS FAILURES and NUMEROUS UNVERIFIABLE PRs in SKTO and OTHER BUSINESS NAMES under different tickers but the SAME MO.

$12.5MM BEFORE the first announcement of Kevin Allyn joining THE BOARD and not even a company exec.

A attorney who dodges questions and hangs up on INVESTORS. INCORRECTLY STATES execs can't answer questions to ALREADY ANNOUNCED PUBLIC INFORMATION.

Michael Choo another Hipple/Jan team associate involved with OTHER SIMILAR companies with the same MO of announcing "deals" that never seem to pan out.

Burke YET ANOTHER Hipple/Jan TEAM MEMBER from within OTHER TEAM OWNED companies.

And the other 2 "Dream Team" names that are NEVER added to any company details or mentioned again.

ALL of those wonderful PRs are UNVERIFIABLE. Just the way the TEAM likes them.

Now the EXPECTED FILINGS don't appear and they go from ANTICIPATED LAST WEEK to JUST STARTING an audit? LOL GO TEAM!

Now there's a penny scam setup if I've ever seen one. And I've seen many. All too familiar.

Playbook: take a shell dark, then create a company out of thin air, GAG THE TA, latch onto a buzzword business model, lie about contracts for gobs of money, KEEP THE TA GAGGED, then dilute and dump.
