#16966 RE: TFALL68 #16963

Here is where I read and he stated waiting on patent...
I looked up google patent and there it was Dr. Alan Tompkins,
http://www.google.com/patents/US20110067376?pg=PA1&dq=Alan+Tompkins&hl=en&sa=X&ei=jKGZUKeUAYbJ0QH7hoCoCQ&ved=0CD0Q6AEwAw#v=onepage&q=Alan%20Tompkins&f=false

It's was pending and still pending...

Look at the email from Donald McSwain...

Mr XXX,
The patent process is cumbersome and takes time, and as much as we bother them weekly, we have no idea if it will take weeks or months to get it approved/processed. My view of stocks is from my father, who said don't look for the one day return, but for the ten year return, he invested in Xerox when it was under Battelle research in the late 50s, and he forgot about it. We did not know he had stock anywhere until he died, and it was considerable (40 years later). I don't suggest that our stock will take as long to mature to profit, but beginning as a penny stock, I must assume that investors are putting money on the potential and not looking for a quick one week profit, as with any penny stock! So that is just my opinion. We are ready to start production in our joint venture in Brazil, we have seven key sub-component companies that we are working with. At best we expect to be in production in the USA and Brazil in 18 months... I would like to be in production in 9 months... but all that hinges on the patent approval process and some on the investors, so it is complex, and again that is not my area or responsibility. We are also contributing consultants to a major plasma project in Mexico City and how that may or may not affect our mobile production is yet to be understood, for now it is an effort for a large fixed site and not mobile. So we are juggling many efforts in many camps. Thank you for your support sir, I do want to work with you, but again I am the technology and operations arm of the company and not on the financial or investor side. Thank you for your understanding, Don McSwain
