there are a lot of investors here who have taken a bath and are understandably upset....the actions taken to keep the company together and alive have been a further hit to the past shareholders who were led to believe that the company could continue to exist without fresh capital and by ignoring its creditors of which i was one of the largest....
in addition, the past ceo's were imo grabbing anything they could
dean convinced jeff to let him have everything in cet which he proceeded to liquidate but without proper board authority as testified by joshua henderson
jeff imo designed to let quasar die on the vine and convinced mineseeker to disassociate itself from quasar; ignore its obligation to the company and he funded it personally fbo of himself or others while he raised no monies for quasar and essentially defaulted on a loan of 93k against planes worth over 300k and vital for the mere existence of the company
i should hold a cc just to catch peeps up on the story...meanwhile imo we have investors in nhs doing all they can to interfere w. our transfer agent, the courts, etc so that we would have ceased to exist.
there is still alot of cleanup to do and no doubt there has been harm to the corp and all shareholders, but we are doing what we can with what we have and trying to move fwd
i will continue to fill in the pic to explain some of the negatives, and continue to address the negatives fbo of all the shareholders as some of the criticisms are legitimate and or constructive as well
