This is the worst due diligence statement I have EVER read. For God's sake, at least run it through a spell-and-grammar checker before its posted (as a sticky no less). You're only going to run people away with stuff like this.

to PhisHD: please accept my sincerest apologies for recently offending you with respect to my statement concerning the DD in the sticky. I had no right whatsoever to condemn your efforts on our behalf.

I would like to make amends by submitting the attached, and hope that you will give it some consideration as a sticky in the future.

Sincerely,

Foy-Johnston, Inc. (“the Company”) was incorporated in Delaware, and is a exploration, mining and production operation for gold, rare earth metals, platinum and precious gems, including diamonds. Its exploration, mining and production activities are confined to the metals-rich eastern and central African countries of Cameroon and the Central African Republic.

The Company has already acquired a portfolio of gold and diamond exploratory tracts of land in key mineral regions of Cameroon and theCentral African Republic. Among its portfolio of exploration tenements, the Company's future growth includes a clear focus on advancing a number of key strategic project strategic projects:

Additionally, the Company has•obtained an artisan prospection mining permit for the region, including an export license; and mining operations can commence immediately. However, the Company is in the process of obtaining one additional governmental permit which would allow persons not born in the region to be present on the exploratory tracts.

The artisan prospection mining permit grants to the Company to right to carry-out production, marketing, sales and exporting of gold and diamonds, as well as any mineral or metal mined in that location. The Company has already performed an in depth geological study, field survey, and soil analysis. Additionally, the Company has developed strong relationships with local authorities and government officials

The Company’s production strategy is to commence with a dredging operation, to be followed by land mining with a wash plant on rich placer deposits to generate cash flow quickly from alluvial and primary deposits with a minimum production level of 340- 400 tons per hour. The Company seeks to secure a 1000km2 concession for 3 years with renewals and the right to a 25 year concession. The Company also seeks to register 100,000 hectares of tract for carbon credits

The Betare Oya gold sector is characterized by the scattering of artisanal gold workings over a large area (more of 500 km2). It is contained within the NE-SW-trending Lom metamorphic series, which forms a band, 20 to 30 km wide and 200 km long, from the border with the Central African Republic in the north-east. The town of Bétaré Oya, benefits from good social infrastructures and by a good road network enabling a fast service to the capital and surrounding large towns. This is the principal historic area of alluvial gold production in Cameroon with more than 4 tons produced between 1933 and 1956 in addition to an estimated four additional 4 tons (unofficial) from 1960 to 2001. Attempts were made at mechanization by dragline and monitor hydraulic canon from 1948 to 1951 and suction dredge tests in 1985.
