They told me everything has been signed and they are waiting on the sec. Liberty, Elcr, Oicco will be listed as Liberty Automotive Group. But they cant announce anything until the sec apporves it. I remember seeing a listing that elcr and imperial all of it had become Imperial Automotive Group. I dont know if this was a corpaoate name change or what the purpose was but the stock listing didn't change. But now this looks like its they are combining all three to make one new company.
