I don't think they won...Over 200 million shares were traded between .001-.0012 (with a few at .0009 and a few at .0013) this week. Seems to me it's a controlled accumualation or buy in. Usually if the company is diluting you see VERT, VFIN, or PUMA on level two. We'll see what next week brings. Last year 4th Q financials were released the last week of March. Maybe we get some update. Have a good weekend.
