Very nice job Danny! You picked out all the appropriate items that peak the interest for all.
Steve is pretty close with execution of his plan. Back in on old Def 14C filing 12-28-09 you’ll see:
we need to build a manufacturing plant which could have cost overruns ((not sure where this stands even after the 10K or if it was for TQD’s or Solar cells)) and implement plans to hire sales and marketing personal, ((completed with Toshi, Andrew and Art)) establish distribution relationships and channels and strategic alliances for market penetration and revenue growth ;((completed with NanoAxis alliance and unannounced MOU with Saudi business group, should help with revenue growth and establishing relationships, a good possibility for the continued silence until IP is safely guaranteed between those relationships))
Our initial sales strategy for both quantum dots and solar cells will be to develop and execute a value added reseller’s channel strategy. We are also pursuing strategic alliances with companies that have established sales, marketing and distribution networks.
The size of the endeavor that Steve undertook is not the normal scope of a project with the current staff size. One very positive aspect of the silence for so long is he is not over-promising and under-delivering, a sure death sign. When Steve is ready it will be under promising and over delivering, a much better path to success. Until he pops the cork on this I’m in for the ride, even acquired a few more shares last week. It took two days to fill, This is pretty tightly held and even though Steve unloaded a few shares through the form 5 filing dates I really don't think there are a lot to be had, even if you are at the market price. IMO he did a good job by being hell bent on maximizing the shareholders value, thus he didn't entertain available avenues that would have given the farm away. More power to him!
Regards to all,
Bill
