Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (GESI) (PINKSHEETS: SATM), formerly known as SATMax Corp., currently trading under the symbol SATM, is a renewable energy project company. The company now announces that it has reached an agreement with On-Track Railway Services, Ltd. of Edmonton Canada for a large scale supply of railway ties to be used as feedstock for GESI's waste wood to energy project in the Industrial Heartland of Alberta. The agreement with On-Track is for a minimum of 300,000 rail ties per year (30,000 tons) up to 1,500,000 rail ties per year to be supplied to GESI at no cost for use as feedstock for conversion from waste wood to energy.
Under the agreement, On-Track will provide the rail ties to GESI for a minimum of three years. The amount of rail ties available under the agreement assures a commercially viable amount of feedstock for GESI's use to create energy. The waste rail ties have some of the absolute highest amount of BTU value of any waste feedstock for the creation of energy through direct electrical generation or bio-oil creation. GESI has the ability to stockpile waste ties for future use under the agreement.

On-Track is a major servicer in the rail industry throughout Western Canada, processing millions of used ties per year from major and other rail sources. With over 7,900 rail route-kilometers (4,900 miles) of railway track in Alberta alone each kilometer and mile represents an enormous amount of feedstock. Each kilometer of track has over 1800 rail ties (3000 per mile). Over 90% of all ties are wood, with a weight of 90 kilograms (200 pounds) per tie, and a useable life of approximately 20 to 25 years per tie.

GESI CEO David Chalela stated, "The agreement with On-Track takes us further than most waste to energy projects ever get. With a secured source of feedstock materials, and one that has one of the highest BTU values available, we are set utilizing a material that is constantly available, and renewable due to its ongoing replacement. Best of all it is not a food source, and not subject to creating or being the subject of economic factors or ecologic limitations."
