I want to comment on your suggestion to register to request information under the "contacts" tabs on the QTM and Solterra websites.

I have done so repeatedly over the past 2-3 years and have never receieved ANY KIND of response, acknowledgement, or update from either one.

Has anyone of you that have done this had any reply from the company whatsoever?

Am I alone on this?
