This looks to me like a sales presentation done to Bellagio, hence why it is tailored with their logo. I do this similar technique in my line of work.

What is more interesting is the Philly ad rates. The CPM is Cost Per Minute. You're seeing the cost based on the time and channel. Obviously it should cost more to advertise on channels that people have a tendency to watch more of.

I'm not sure how this preso got out or who posted it, but it wasn't smart. Essentially you're seeing Tivus's strategic approach to the marketplace in this presentation.

This type of marketing shows that Tivus has been presenting before some big hospitality players. But the overall importance of the Host/Marriott deal cannot be overemphasized because the first one is always the toughest! And getting the first one with a company with the reputation and strength of Host has the potential of moving a company as big as MGM. Tivus at present is a two bit company with a great product, but limited resources and dubious reputation as far as being a player in this industry. Host and that 18 month build out contract for other hotels is critical to making Tivus a player. Let's hope that this pushes Tivus to be that ORCA! R3 Fry Guppy
