The best thing that MGRN can do if they buy back the shares is to retire all the shares they buy.

NOTED Firegiant!

That everything is simply stated. No proof is offered.

$50M in gold? What proof is there? No geologist report to support that claim.

In fact, there's been nothing BUT statements made. It's obvious from the sp that no one cares about statements.

MGRN has given us all the Info we Need to make informed Decisions

Nothing could be further from the truth. What is needed is facts. Not statements.

The Math you provided is not premised on facts. Not to mention overly simplistic. Arriving at a "value" for this stock based on "statements" is of no real value.

As to The Logic the below post sums it up best.

This is nothing but a stock manipulation scheme being used by a former no bid stock to dump shares (IMO).

Just look at what happened to ENTI and AVOP two other companies that like MGRN also use Christopher Davies as legal counsel. They also recently did tiny 1.03 for 1 forward splits to lock up the humongous outstanding share counts that both of those two companies also had.

Ask yourself what is the point of a forward split that only gives you 1 share for every 30 shares you own especially when a stock is trading at $.0001/share with no bid? The answer is easy. It was all done to lock up the 6.8 billion plus MGRN shares outstanding so the company could run their stock manipulation scheme.

It's just a rinse wash and repeat stock manipulation scam by these companies. They lock up all the shareholders with a minuscule 1.03 for 1 forward split then they take advantage of the new much smaller float to dump shares into the market.

ENTI dragged its feet for a month doing everything they could to keep delaying the execution of the forward split as long as possible. During the 4 weeks the shareholders waited for their shares to become unlocked that company dumped shares by the hundreds of millions and the share price of the stock was actually much lower by the time original shareholders had their shares unlocked than before the forward split. ENTI also blamed the DTCC, but all the fault for the extended lock was actually ENTI's fault.

AVOP is doing the same thing. Dragging out the process while they dump that stock back down towards $.0001/share.

Same thing will happen with MGRN. It's just a rinse wash repeat stock manipulation scheme. MGRN will drag this out as long as possible, and this stock will continue to see massive dumping sending the stock back down to $.0001/share before the original shareholders have their shares unlocked.

MGRN investors that have their shares locked should contact the DTCC and they will tell you what is really delaying this process.

And don't count the R/S out yet. Once this stock manipulation scheme is over and everybody has their forward split shares and the stock is stuck on no bid with around 10 billion outstanding shares you may get to see a nice massive reverse slit after all.

Been warning people about what is going on here right from the start:

Firegiant, has there been any independent verification of this company having $50 million of gold in the ground? Or, are you basing this on the company just saying they have it?

What do you make of this?

3.) MGRND was upfront saying presplit shares would not be tradeable till after exchanged and listed 7 to 10 days.

We're past the 7-10 business days.
