#457 RE: Losingmoney #1

Losing, I think you're gonna like this hidden little gem I'm about to share here.

WNRC isn't your typical MICRO Insider Play, but it does have the potential for some insider activity in the near future. WNRC is a startup media company, which acquired two TV station licenses out of bankruptcy for only $45,000 and now carries local affiliate feeds of Azteca and Mexicanal spanish television in the Reno, NV market. The Azteca affiliate is also being fed to Charter Communications.

It also has acquired some small cable systems in the same region, which bring positive cash flow to help allow for further expansion. As you read the story below, keep in mind that the CEO has stated that he would like to begin a share buyback and retire those shares, which is quite astounding given the already very low share structure. The CEO has a history of carrying through on everything he has said thus far, so I believe the buyback will happen.

SHARE STRUCTURE:

Authorized Shares: 100,000,000

Outstanding Shares: 33,736,542

Public Float: 12,446,490 <-- very low float

NOTE: CEO Dan Green has not and will not dilute the share structure. He has been funding the company out of his own pocket to get it started. Now that there is some positive cash flow, there is a chance he may initiate a share buyback to further improve the share structure.

WEEKLY CHART:

Has been consolidating in the .07-.10 range for several months, but with recent and pending news, close followers of the company believe another breakout is imminent.

WHAT DOES WNRC DO?

WENR Corporation (WNRC) was a non-operating co. and recently purchased two subsidiaries without altering the share structure (Satview Broadband Ltd. and Ngensolutions LLC):
