For folks trying to fit all the pieces together, this Arkansas newpaper article (link back) is a wonderful place to gain some perspective. OK, they appear not to have gotten Terminator, but perhaps that was at least partially some bluster -- a way of announcing that they are indeed serious players. Anyway, if you read all the way through, you'll come across this gem:

Parkinson said the proximity to Wal-Mart is part of why the company chooses to stay in Northwest Arkansas.

"There are a lot of reasons why, even if we eventually put an office in Los Angeles and New York, that we still want to have our headquarters in Northwest Arkansas," he said. "We're centrally located, and it doesn't hurt to be next door to our largest customer."

Trading under 5 cents is downright silly. It is a large discount to net asset value and utterly fails to factor in growth prospects and management savvy/experience.
