Sounds like March is still the launch date, but he cant guarantee it cause he has no control over Lows employees.

Very nice memo! I guess now I see where all the "Rack"it talk is coming from. I can't wait to see the racks in Illinois whenever they roll out here. The locator says IL has 40 stores and they are spread all over so it would take me a while to go to all of them. There's probably about 6-8 that are within my vicinity.
