Yes, here is the info..

According to pinksheets and published materials from the company's web site http://www.siafchina.com , Madsen and Associates, CPAs, Inc. is handling the company's consolidated 3 year audit. T.N.LUI & Co. is handling the audit of the subsidiaries that reports back to Madsen.

They are a PCAOB registered firm, this is required for SOX compliance and SEC reporting.

A quick google search turns up several public clients..
