1- Just how much mining experience Maria Spiliopoulos has under her belt?

And she's the point person:

Universal Mining Corporation has completed the establishment of the Guinean branch of the company to enable UMC to operate in Guinea - Universal Mining Guinea - SA. This branch of UMC shall be overseen and managed by Maria Spiliopoulos as part of her Vice-President of Mining Operations duties.

2- Does Hubble Holdings count as mining experience ?

A Hubble Holdings sign appears in one of the UMC pictures suggesting it is the location for the Conakry,HQ:

3- I wonder if Mr. Morin and Maria Spiliopoulos aware of the restrictions on gold exports:

In May 2004, the government of Guinea placed an emabrgo on gold exports from Siguiri and on the supply of diesel to the mine causing Anglo Gold Ashanti to shut down operations at the mine. The ban was partially lifted in June 2004 but resumption of gold sales took place in August and negotions are still underway. The mine produced 252,795 oz of gold in 2003.
