We know who Mr. Philippines is. He's not an investor doing DD. He's a person who was promised commissions if he brought people to the table for certain things. He says he performed and he did not receive said commissions. He also said that the failure of certain deals was because Mr. Cotton appeared to be conducting a fraud.
He certainly would have a change of attitude if he and the perople involved with him was promised what he was supposed to get. It's not the same thing as us being bagholders, victims of stock fraud, etc.
So the guy's mad, Mr. Cotton ripped him off. I'm certain he'd shut up if he was paid. But he won't be because it's not part of Cotton's program to pay people. So I'm going to guess he'll release all the dirty details he learned about Mr. Cotton and this stock.
