SPOKE to Jeff Bootes's IR person for Hidalgo international.

She says Bootes declined deal to become CEO of Bogue but Bogue has not informed its shareholders! So consider yourself informed! The press release calling him CEO was not approved by BOOTES, it was FALSE!

Don't believe it then call her for yourself:
