I doubt they will convert a lot on Day 1...they didn’t last time. While some might be expecting a huge jump in the OS tomorrow or dumping...there likely won’t be. The note holders don’t operate that way.

All tomorrow really signifies is that Sword of Damocles hanging over the stock will triple in size.

How and when it comes down is anyone’s guess.
