I have been warning folks about this bullchitt, and it is bullchitt!!! However, we all know the anti's will try anything they can to interfere with our freedoms.
I heard that's the case in some states that if you have a medical marijuana card, then it excludes you from having a CCW. Which is total bullshit because medical marijuana has just trace elements of THC, and is almost exclusively CBD's for medical treatment. But because it contains the word "Marijuana" then they can legally exclude those folks. So, the thing to do if you live in (or by) a state that has legalized MM "And" "Recreational Marijuana" you can buy it without a MM card. I think right? It really shouldn't be a schedule I drug, that's totally insane, but the federal law hasn't changed and it's not going to in the immediate future. It's more of a political issue really than it is a drug issue.
But good point, they are using the law to discriminate against gun owners because they don't like the idea of people walking around with concealed weapons. So they are using the law to discriminate against them and until the federal laws pertaining to marijuana are changed, there isn't a court in the land that will decide for the gun owners, because of current federal law.
