Thats completely incorrect. Sounds like you are not familiar with Q stocks and specifically JGWE. I encourage you to do some DD.

The company increased their revs just in this quarter to pay off a good chunk of it and one of the debt holders is giving them a $70M loan and more than 85% of the note holders have agreed to restructure the debt so everything is lining up to run.

They did this exact same thing years ago with less revs and more debt and shareholders didnt lose anything and in fact made money just like we all are about to on the run back up.
