I use firefox and need to turn off my blockers and see the entire clickable page. And my screener would be a tad diff than chrome I believe.
Try this, at your peril of course. Go to chrome settings and see if it has a way to restart with nothing running and then go to the Ihub home page.
You are attempting to run chrome naked and unprotected so Ihub will load everything on that page. It may then suggest turning on something that Ihub needs.

Or your computer will be taken over by someone in Romania, whichever comes first.

As admin will also suggest, clear all cache's and temp files as well.
I think it's a java issue myself. Won't hurt to update java, then shut down computer/device and reboot.
