I don't understand who is guaranteeing stock price futures? Is it through a broker? Surely you're not suggesting that a random poster on a public message board guaranteed a certain price and you believed it? You really should be happy with a guarantee...you're getting $2.10 out of those .40 shares. After all a guarantee is a guarantee.
