Patent is only a street sign anyway, no matter submitted, provisional, innovative,or fully granted. It doesn't stop business deals. However it can stop viable companies from encroachment. The science backing a huge bonus. I'm guessing these claim stakes and the 6months plus of studies solidifies enough to warrant huge value momentum. They new what they had years ago and tried to stake it on their own. However since that time they've found the proper expertise in exchange for share of future equity. Tempo increasing
