Its officially due before the 15th of this month but Berge has filed the 1 week extensions in the past and with the new CPA firm in place it quite possibly could be delayed.

I hope he gets it in on schedule but if its a week late its not a big deal.

just another horrible 10-Q on the way, nothing new. Posted losses for 9 years since going public. 2017 sales on track to be less than 1/3 of 2015 sales.
