And when the revenues from the DPT deals begin to flow into the 10-Q's, and other deals/acquisitions generate revenue, and equity investors are finalized - you think at that point you will be saying you are out because of share structure?

NO. THAT IS LIKELY BECAUSE THESE WILL ALL ALLEVIATE THE S.S ISSUES ONCE THEY ARE DONE ISSUING SHARES.
