After another couple of days like we've had all week, they STILL won't be able to get back onto NASDAQ -- even AFTER the 1:350 split they just did!!!

They need to meet ticker minimums but also capital requirements (equity) hence the dilution. They need more equity --- also you can go to NASDAQ if you have yearly earnings above a certain amount (which you will never see them have probably in this decade). I believe they will uptick eventually so Jenny and her friends can short the stock easier on NASDAQ until possibly a FDA miracle happens and then they can dilute legit and then RS merger and go private - the final SH destruction.
