Has me wondering if maybe we're mid-switch to OTCQB, one foot in the future, on in the present. My Schwab info shows 826000ish volume (at the moment), just like elsewhere, but the graph shows 1 and 2 million share transactions earlier in the day. May be a bug, or may be action going on behind the scenes.
