I should also say, guys like that always have a plan to push PPS higher...so I'm sure all this buying is being done 'by them and their buddies' before they implement that plan. Started with the insider buys.
Now just gotta wait, make some $, and hope the SEC locks them up some day...though we know that will never happen...so just gotta make some $ along with them til the merry-go-round stops.
