Yes...realistic reason is they can't pass an audit, after talking audit for a decade and never getting one done and switching auditors mid stream (twice) tells me they can't pass an audit.

My guess would be Lee won't sign off on disclosures the auditors would have to include in an audit. And he's been auditor shopping.
