Thanks for posting your list. I really like that your list has many longer term holds. I try to do the same. My REGN position is from the early 2000s.

I am trying to alter my strategy by letting the runners keep running. No more seller's remorse. That strategy seems to be working out, at least until the next biotech bear.

>>in the hopes of others sharing here are my top Bio's<<

OK, I'll bite. In order of current portfolio weight in $:

FGEN Traded last year, now just holding this major winner
CARA For somewhat over a year, roughly even now, tempted to add here.
MNTA Forever, breaking roughly even
TRIL Traded prior two years, now holding
AKAO Recent, maybe wrong about the market potential. Holding till I figure it out. Underwater there.
ZYNE As a short via sold calls that I expect to be worthless at expiration, looking good now. Data from recent readout that propelled it looks muddy to me. Good luck with FDA.

A third of my money is parked in cash, waiting for the crash. A third is under outside management (some index biotech exposure via structured notes). A third I actively run myself, and biotech is about 25% of it, but 50% of the fun.

Watching many of course. Really sorry about trading out of PIRS early this year, but holding FGEN in size makes up for it.
