Possible merger with 303farms and Todd Ellison would make sense. I think they thought raising the AS at harvest to raise the seed money for next year and a collaboration with 303. We'll know soon.

AS increase is for the crooks to issue more shares for themselves to dump into the market. AZFL has done this for years. They don't give a damn about shareholder value because they'll always have a "marketing team" ready to bump the pps for them to dump into. Rinse & repeat!
