Yes, he does. Contact admin via pm and put the problem to them. A mod can be removed for such behavior. But this isn't something to be discussed here.

When you feel a message has been deleted in error, then you go to Mailbox/My Removed Post and request a review. If removed incorrectly, Admin will restore. If appropriately deleted, Admin will send you a PM why it was a violation.

That is your recourse. Stop bringing it here.
