Huh? There is nothing that independently verified what O'Leary said...certainly nothing from the government itself.

Here was the first announced award. No Darkpulse

Some then thought O'Leary was talking about the second announcement that was to come for "other materials"

Again...no Darkpulse.

And both of those links are to the US Government announcement itself.

Nobody has been able to produce any independent source (other than O'Leary) that confirms Darkpulse is actually involved in the wall.
