Nowhere in the SEC regs does it say that a company has to submit signed copies of contracts. As long as they are copies of the actual document they are in compliance. In fact, the SEC only requires disclosure of the contract.

Let's see you take that silly claim to court. I'd be ROTFLMAO when they threw you out.
