He has been CEO of the company for over 3 years. He has wiped out shareholders TWICE in that time period. The financials show continuing losses, no marked improvement in revenues, a string of "deals" announced in 2014, 2015 and early 2016 that have gone nowhere

...and yet...somehow

...this time it is going to be different??

I guess hope does spring eternal in the OTC.
