Insiders just pass shares around like you might give out candy and why not?? Anytime you can just issue yourself more for free its all good...Build the business on the backs of the common shareholder then piss everyone off so they sell their shares at a loss then dump the business or just own it all for yourself...brilliant way to do business HUH???
