Your referencing a goal stated, when the primary locations were not open when the very same statement was made, the last of which are nearing 6 months open, all of which entered into a recreational market with dramatically increased demand and limited supply.
They will only be capable of the production and distribution of statewide locations as of now.
So, essentially, all your actually stating is the company has done exactly what they said they would.
