I asked Wayne in email if this would effect our Divvys and his reply was:
“Not by any means. The certificates have been issued by the transfer agent. We brought in New Management with experience in the financial sector and blockchain Technology.
The shares issued in this dividend should be hitting brokerage houses and individuals in the next 3 to 5 business days”
Now two companies that are managed by someone other than Mr. Anderson. Maybe just Maybe Wayne is building something under the Sylios Umbrella that will benefit all share holders. I can not wait until the GCAN stock starts trading (any day now). Also can it be, more good news is coming soon!!!
Thanks for sharing. I would love to know what was in Wayne's golden parachute. This is good news. Wayne is setting up his empire. He will follow this pattern until the last subsidiary of UNGS is spun-off. Now Wayne has more free time to seek other business. He's on a shopping spree. And, 2017 is going to be one of his best years yet. That is until next year when he tops this year with more spin-offs and divvies than allowed by law.
Thanks, Gwin, for the info. Anyone at the helm not named Wayne Anderson could only mean that there is hope. Let's see what comes out of all these divvys. The last thing I want to see is a bunch of worthless stock symbols showing on my brokerage account that will forever remind me of the Doc. ;-)
