This is a 315,000 sq ft expansion which includes a state of the art 286k sq ft production facility (the "New Facility"), a 28k sq ft greenhouse (the "Greenhouse"), and an additional 1,200 sq ft extraction laboratory (the "Extraction Lab"). Upon completion, the New Facility is expected to be the largest purpose built indoor cannabis production facility in the world. All of this is GMP certified which allows product to be sold in Canada, EU, Israel and worldwide. GMP is the global standard. Canada does not require GMP certification so the majority of LPs in Canada aren't able to sell internationally.
