Just kidding. We all know they are likely getting close to 5 billion shares out, after all the dilution they have been doing.
Well, I'm guessing shortly after the reverse split there will be the equivalent of 37 billion shares out, on a pre-reverse-split basis.
FINRA won't approve a revere split for a company so delinquent, but there is hope they can find an accountant someday who is willing to sign-off on the numbers. So far, it doesn't look good for ALKM. Hopefully the SEC doesn't suspend them before they finally get in compliance with securities laws.
