He tried a R/S recently but FINRA would not accept his application. That is why he had to "invent" baby subsidiaries and to get new shares to dump which he has been doing. He has already taken another $1M or so from shareholders doing it

I think he is just going to let UNGS drift in space pretty soon. I think the positive drivel by Wayne and his friends is an effort to get out first.
