(USOTC: PURA) today announced plans to present a shareholder update on October, 17, 2017 releasing details on the two companies' strategic shift in business concentration designed to enhance shareholder value. American Cannabis Innovations Conglomerated (ACI) recently acquired the controlling shareholder interest in Puration and North American Cannabis Holdings with plans to acquire shareholder interests in additional cannabis industry entrepreneurial companies. ACI recently launched a new consolidated website for USMJ and PURA (http://www.aciconglomerated.com) . The two companies anticipate publishing a number of press releases between now and the 17th making announcements pertinent to the upcoming strategic shift presentation.
