I just started looking at this because of some alert (i.e. Spam). The total Issued and Outstanding is 13,785,774,761....yes folks! BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of shares! Their total authorized is "only" (sic) 15 BILLION shares!! What a sick joke! What happens when they reach the authorized limit of 15 BILLION? Increase the authorized to 25 BILLIONS? Why stop there? Why not a cool 100 BILLION! Or how about the most likely scenario? A 10,000 : 1 REVERSE STOCK SPLIT and then rinse, wash, and repeat the SCAM all over again! What a sick joke!!
