Yep.."multi-millionaire SUPER GENIUS" Vakser lives in his parents old house (apparently next to a toxic dump) which he RENTS from the family TAZ TRUST which presumable means he pays rent to siblings Angie, Vladmir and Boris. The irony is had he used some of his (cough cough) "millions" to buy out his siblings in 2009 the house would be worth double now (currently tax appraised at $309k).

BTW-- such info is 100% "on topic" inasmuch as the property has served as corporate headquarters SUTIMCO as well as for various Vakser tickers-- most of which are called "sister companies" at one time or other
