Unfortunately charts are not a very good indicator in penny land, and even more so when there is such small volume. It doesn't take much to influence a chart in this scenario.
If you watched the tape instead of the chart you might see something different than consolidation.
People here appear to have a lot tied up into a stock really struggling with liquidity. When is the last time there was a substantial hit on the ASK? How about (2) in a row?
